We want you to completely love your NanaYi Squishy! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

Return Period:

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

 

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unplayed with, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Please note: Due to the handmade nature of our squishies, slight variations in color or texture are normal and are not considered defects.

 

How to Initiate a Return:

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. To start a return, simply email us at squishyyiyilove@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide you with step-by-step instructions.

Authorized returns should be mailed to:

(Note: Please wait for our return authorization email before shipping).

 

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please email us the tracking number once shipped.

 

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom-made squishies, personalized items, sale items, or gift cards.

 

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
